Description

IMMEDIATE opening for an Office Assistant to join our client’s supply chain team. The successful assistant will support the supply chain sourcing operations.  

  • Communicate with business and vendors to gather information, answer inquiries
  • Assist in the RFP bid and selection process
  • Heavy work in Excel to pull data, run reports
  • Assist management and department coordinators on assigned tasks & projects

Job Requirements

Required:

  • Proficiency MS Office program, particularly Excel (will be tested)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to recognize opportunities, develop and help implement strategies
  • Maintain flexibility in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining an enthusiastic sense of mission
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results focused and team-oriented environment
