Description

We have a temporary opportunity (anticipated through the end of March) for an experienced Customer Service Representative with previous experience working for a Medical Device company (preferred but not required). Position is paying $19-20/hr.

Job Requirements

  • Will be responsible for taking incoming orders and entering in company’s ERP system
  • Will follow up with customers via email (business to business) and phones and provide stellar customer service regarding the status of orders and RMA’s
  • Assist with setting up new accounts
  • Research and resolve customer issues and keep in constant communication with all departments within the company
  • Provide Sales and Clinical team with materials, product samples, etc.
  • Assist with admin responsibilities that may be assigned
  • Work with auditor to review Customer Service processes and policies
  • Maintain data base of all contracts including pricing agreements, SonoSite contracts or other agreements as requested
  • This is a small but organized and busy team within a larger corporate environment, professionalism and team player attitude is desired
  • Work with other departments to assure all needs are met
  • 2-3 years of previous CSR/Order Entry experience with a Life Science related company is required (Medical Device preferred)
  • Minimum High School diploma
  • NetSuite preferred
  • Excellent data entry skill
  • CRM/ERP experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Customer first attitude
  • Ability to learn new technologies
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Experience working in an FDA environment is highly desired
