Description

TYPE: Contract to Hire, Full-time

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Assist agents with preparing and completing paperwork for all purchases, residential and commercial
  • Assist accounting department with reporting for agent commissions
  • Track all deals in the system
  • Oversee all aspects of transaction up to closing
  • Train new employees on administrative functions
  • Backup receptionist with front desk duties as needed

Job Requirements

  • Real estate / property management experience required
  • Experience working in an administrative role in a real estate agency is strongly preferred
  • Real estate license in North Carolina (and/or South Carolina) is a plus
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build relationships with over 80 real estate agents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
