Description

TYPE: Temporary, 8-12 weeks, potential to turn permanent. 

WHY THIS COMPANY:  Our client is a small, family oriented real estate law firm. They are offering a positive and professional working environment. 

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Preparing all memos, letters, and other documents 
  • Greeting incoming visitors and answering phone calls 
  • Maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments 
  • Reviewing client billing 
  • Sorting and reviewing incoming mail
  • General administrative duties, including scanning, copying, faxing, etc. 

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 1+ years of administrative experience in a law firm is required
  • Real Estate Law experience is strongly preferred 
  • Strong communication skills and an upbeat personality
