YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Preparing all memos, letters, and other documents
- Greeting incoming visitors and answering phone calls
- Maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments
- Reviewing client billing
- Sorting and reviewing incoming mail
- General administrative duties, including scanning, copying, faxing, etc.
