Description

  • Define and execute HR policies and procedures
  • Administer compensation program and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and labor laws
  • Advise managers on performance management, compliance with laws, and understanding employee issues
  • Guide the performance review program
  • Manage other aspects of HR administration including, worker’s compensation, leaves of absences, and unemployment claims
  • Assist in recruit and hiring incredible new employees and get them oriented
  • Help promote a cooperative and collaborative workplace
  • Develop programs to maintain and improve employee engagement and performance

Job Requirements

 

  • A Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of HR management experience in a large or mid-sized company
  • Working knowledge of State and Federal employment laws
  • Expertise in employee relations and management development programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and with a teamVision.
