We are looking for qualified customer service representatives that are professional, quick learners, and passionate about helping others.

Hours:

Training Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM M-F

Monday-Friday --11:30AM-8:00PM M-F (Non-negotiating hours)

The job duties include:

Dealing with Inbound/Outbound Calls
Calling doctor's offices, patients, and pharmacies
Helping to replace damaged prescriptions for patients

Job Requirements

Call Center experience (6 Months)
Healthcare background (preferred)
Data Entry skills
Great communication skills
Positive attitude
Ability to learn quickly
