APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST The Applications Support Analyst supports, coordinates changes, develops documentations, and educates users.
Key Responsibilities will be:
Administering Google App environment
End user training
Web content support
New equipment deployment
Minimum 4 year technical degree, bachelor's degree preferred.
Exposure and working knowledge of application analysis/support/development experience with on premise, cloud, and SAAS applications.
Cloud Computing experience desired: Google Suite, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Office 365 Cloud Services and other SaaS applications
Web application development experience desired: Experience with web content manager applications and platforms, specifically SquareSpace 5 and 7, HTML, content management utilities, graphic/image manipulation utilities and other development and management tools
Client Relations: Worked in client support environment as well as development environments or consulting. Organized & ability to lead user groups to facilitate development and communications.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required.
Ability to work in a high-paced, demanding atmosphere.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience in creating, accessing and maintaining confidential information.
