Description

  • Prepare financial reports and track company proformas daily
  • Obtain costs backup as well as generate cost and pre-cost table reports
  • Work with AP to resolve cost image/download issues
  • Coordinate with management to improve on the expense back-up process
  • Assist in the edit process of proformas and with minor invoice revisions
  • Assist Finance department in downloading of outstanding bills and researching inquiries related to specific costs
  • Generate and forward proformas for newly cleared matters to billing department 
  • Generate Info-Only proformas for processed invoice and handle ad-hoc requests as needed
  • Work OT as required, in particular during year end 
  • Handle additional related projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Associates Degree (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Billing position (preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding communication skills and great organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, and intermediate level in Excel
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and posses excellent communication and writing skills
  • Team player and eager to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Resourcefulness and great administrative skills 
  • Flexible and adaptive to new environment, methods, and systems
