RemX has an excellent opportunity for a Recruiter Assistant at the corporate office of a reputable organization. This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave paying $19/hr. The company provides free lunch every day and is centrally located in the Mission Valley area. This is a great position for someone who has a background in recruiting and is looking to get their foot in the door with a great company!
• Assist the recruiting department with full cycle recruiting • Monitor job postings, reviewing/sourcing resumes, coordinating interviews, extending offers • Help with onboarding process and administering new hire files • Other administrative duties as assigned (filing, data entry, reports) • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent • 1+ years’ experience in full cycle recruiting • Some HR knowledge preferred • Excellent writing skills (composing, editing, and proofing) • Good attention to detail and the ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
