Description

  • Conduct data entry related functionality of Domestic Warehouse Orders in Company ERP System, especially critical accounts including Amazon
  • Produce verification of product availability and customer pricing agreements for each order entered into the company ERP system
  • Process all repair, replacement, and general parts customer orders
  • Communicate order and customer specific requirements, deadlines, and constraints with Warehouse Operations
  • Provide secondary accuracy verification in the company ERP system
  • Maintain the Domestic Order Entry email account, disseminating all inbound communications as needed to appropriate parties
  • Works closely with Purchasing and Warehouse Operations to process any backorders or same-day shipments pending product availability
  • Other additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned by your immediate supervisor or other member of company management

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of previous Customer Service/Order Entry experience in a distribution company required
  • Strong Computer skills including experience with an ERP System
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment in a variety of situations
  • Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
