Tenant Coordinator – San Francisco, CA

We have an excellent opportunity with a large real estate firm in San Francisco, CA. They are looking for friendly, outgoing individual to join their team and support their clients. Job Requirements

  • Maintain lease and building files, property telephone lists, building contact lists, emergency information for tenants and vendors.
  • Process work orders from tenants and communicate with engineers.
  • Process tenant billings as necessary.
  • Prepare accounts payable invoices for approval, and distribute tenant memos, rent statements and newsletters.
  • Administer signage program by ordering signs and building and floor directories.
  • Sort and distribute mail, orders and maintains office supply inventory.
  • Coordinate visitor and vendor access.
  • Prepare and distribute tenant welcome packages.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-3 years of tenant management experience
