Responsibilities: • Organizes daily incoming A/P Invoices • Matches Purchase Orders, Receivers, and Invoices. Resolves any discrepancies among the Purchase Orders, Receivers, and Invoices • Codes A/P Invoices with the appropriate General Ledger account number(s) and/or Job Number(s) • Accurately inputs Vendor and Job Number master records into the accounting software program • Accurately inputs A/P Invoices, for all locations, into the accounting software program • Set-up and maintain all automatic A/P entries (i.e. vehicle notes, payments for all office locations, etc.) • Performs data entry of Check Request, Expense Reports, Mileage Reports, and company credit card billings • Follow-up to ensure that supporting documentation is received for previously entered Check Requests • Submits weekly A/P checks (all at one time), including supporting voucher packages, to authorized signer(s) for signature • Mails signed weekly A/P checks, along with supporting documentation, by the end of Friday each week • Post transactions to accounting records such as worksheets, ledgers or computer files • Assists in monthly closing Requirements: • 2-3 years of accounts payable experience • ERP experience • High School Diploma
