Description

We are currently hiring an AP / Payroll Manager to be responsible for review, analysis and validation of payroll for multi-state, multi-location retail organization. 

  • Ensures the accuracy of payroll earnings codes and maintains earning and deduction tables as needed to ensure alignment and accuracy with general ledger.
  • Assists in the processing of payroll interfaces such as direct deposit, general ledger, and others
  • Ensures accurate testing and set up of testing codes to report to the general ledger.
  • Evaluate current payroll policies and practices to identify potential improvements and enhancements.
  • Participates in researching and analyzing new payroll system modules or functionality.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with multi-state payroll required
  • Great Plains experience
