TYPE: Contract to hire, full time

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Take incoming phone calls regarding patient accounts
  • Assist insurance companies with providing additional information
  • Set up payment plan arrangements
  • Process credit card payments over the phone
  • Send out patient correspondence regarding bills
  • Balance adjustment batches
  • Update reporting on account balances

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of medical billing related experience is required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to interpret insurance explanation of benefits
  • Strong organizational skills
