TYPE: Contract to Hire; 2nd shift (2:00 PM to 10 PM Monday through Friday) and 3rd shift (9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Wednesday through Saturday) available

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Greet arriving drivers
  • Record status of arriving drivers in the computer system
  • Complete forms for fueling and post fuel prices
  • Keep daily fuel information up to date in system
  • Issue driver supplies and keep inventory of needed items
  • Provide drivers update on status of equipment and maintenance issues
  • Communicate information regarding assignments with drivers
  • Check out equipment and keys for drivers
  • Other administrative duties for driver support desk

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is required
  • Experience with logistics field is a plus
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must be able to work 3rd shift
