RemX has a great opportunity with an electronics company in the Scripps Ranch area for a Procurement Admin. This position is contract to hire paying $18-20/hr depending on experience. The person in this role will be working under the Quote manager, assisting with entering and updating electronic parts in Excel sheets. Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and updating parts data in excel
  • Assist Quote manager with all documentation and work flow in the department
  • Collaborate with internal departments as it correlates to procurement needs
  • Document in companies CRM (SAP experience is a plus!)
  • Review purchase orders daily
  • Issue PO’s on time and with accuracy, and follow up on open PO’s with suppliers
  • Checking inventory to assess what needs to be ordered 
  • Assist department with any other assigned duties

Job Requirements

  • Must have strong Excel skills as well as experience with all other MS programs
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience working with hi-tech electronic parts
  • Can do attitude with a strong customer service first approach
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills
