Our client in Irvine CA has created and is currently hiring a Supply Chain Assistant. The Supply Chain Assistant’s primary role is to provide data entry and clerical support for the Supply Chain and Finance Teams. Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Responsible for reviewing supplier invoices and inputting into accounting system.
  • Responsible for inputting orders into TMS systems.
  • Responsible for generating paperwork/data for Supply Chain team.
  • Responsible for upkeep of various internal databases.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Associated degree is required.
  • Industry experience and competency in logistics management accounting is preferred.
  • Experience with Great Plains preferred.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple critical projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent data analysis skills using desktop computer tools and software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Proven ability to work independently without continuous direction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
