The Instacart LOB has a fast paced environment with a focus on excellent customer service focus, employee development and the feel/mentality of a star up. They are always willing to try something new! It is crucial that your agents are very comfortable with ongoing change. Instacart is a grocery purchasing/delivery platform that allows customers to shop from anywhere! They employ Shoppers; those who go to the actual grocery store and pick the items the customer has purchased and then deliver them. Your agents will primarily be supporting these Shoppers as they make the needed purchases for their assigned deliveries. About 60% of the role is on chat; making good typing scores, spelling and grammar crucial to this role.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
