Our client, a well known medical company in Alpharetta is seeking multiple Customer Service/Call Center Representatives.

Summary:

In this role, you will be handling calls from medical facilities and other parties who have requested medical records but have not yet received them. This position will also be responsible for contacting different medical facilities to schedule deliveries for the requested medical records.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 6 pm

Start Date: January 17, 2019

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements to be considered for the job:

  • Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to commute to Alpharetta with reliable transportation - this is not on the bus line
  • MUST Live within 25 miles of North Alpharetta, GA
