Our client, a well known medical company in Roswell is currently searching for qualified Customer Service/Call Center Representatives. 

Summary:

In this position, you will be handling calls from medical facilities who have requested medical records, but have not received them. Your role will be responsible for taking these requests for medical charts and providing the estimated delivery time to the clients.

Hours: Must be flexible to work either 8am-5pm or 9am to 6pm 

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years Call Center experience required
  • Healthcare knowledge is a plus
  • Basic computer skills
  • MUST be able to utilize DUAL Screens/monitors and work in 2-3 systems to look up/track/ investigate orders
