Description

IMMEDIATE opening for an IT Support Tech who will provide Level I support as well as clerical administrative support to executive manager. Will coordinate day-to-day activities, support the IT leadership team as well as handle special projects. 

  • Maintain web page, reviewing online content for accuracy, consistency, and up-to-date information
  • Assist in testing technology solutions for new implementations/roll-outs of apps
  • Train users on tools such as MS Office automation and company’s portal
  • Manage the IT Change Management Calendar, recording change management activities and making updates to reflect accuracy in change work order and schedule
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks, including making copies, filing, preparing mail, drafting correspondence, ordering supplies
  • Assist in and coordination of departmental projects and initiatives, including setting and meeting deadlines, creating work plans and status progress reports
  • Manage calendars and meeting schedule for Executive
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including hotel, conference registration, and transportation
  • Write and distribute meeting agendas and minutes

Job Requirements

Required:

  • 3+ years’ experience in administrative / office work
  • 1-2 years IT Tech Support experience
  • Customer service-focused with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented, organized, reliable and resourceful
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced office environment and multiple projects; ability to solve problems and adapt quickly to changing climates and situations
  • Strong in MS Office Suite (EXCEL) and web-based CMS
  • Preferred: 4-year degree Business, Technology or related studies
