Description

Our client is currently hiring a Wellness Administrator for the HR department. This position will drive health improvements for all employees. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare, manage and report on wellness efforts, budget and incentive programs
  • Manage wellness relationships that currently include Florida Blue, ADURO, Naturally Slim, Teledoc, P3 Medical, Compass, YMCA, LA Fitness, etc.
  • Lead wellness communication committee meetings
  • Prepare and distribute all wellness communications
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the wellness website
  • Respond to wellness related inquiries and incoming emails
  • Coordinate and conduct annual biometrics and other on-site services
  • Coordinate wellness events
  • Assist with annual open enrollment
  • Monitor insurance claims
  • Implement effective coaching programs
  • Arrange educational opportunities
  • Coordinate prizes and incentives
  • Ensure employee engagement
  • Must be available to travel to various locations

     

Job Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-5 years’ experience managing health and wellness programs required
  • Marketing and/or communications education or experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of compliance and regulatory wellness guidelines
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and phone apps required
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll and benefits systems preferred
