Do you have compensation experience? A well regarded food distribution company is looking for a Compensation Analyst level 3 to join their team in the Rosemont area. This is a contract to permanent opportunity starting around $48.00 per hour depending on experience.
Participate in salary surveys, and analyze data from survey sources to determine competitiveness both internally and externally.
Price new jobs utilizing salary surveys or slotting.
Design and prepare ad hoc compensation and budget related reports for management.
Write job descriptions and maintain database of all job descriptions.
Assist in preparation of merit increase and incentive programs and budgeting.
Bachelors in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years' Compensation Analyst experience.
requiring a broad understanding of compensation techniques, methods and practices.
Must have excellent computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
PeopleSoft, WorkDay and MarketPay (survey database) experience preferred.
