A construction company in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a Bookkeeper/HR Assistant.
-Process monthly close
-Analyze activity in specific accounts when necessary
-Create journal entries and batch for Vice President of Finance & Administration for approval
-Create manual checks as needed
-Create financial statements
-Liaison with outside accounting firm
-Complete new orientation
-Liaison with insurance broker & benefits
-Payroll for salary and hourly employees
-Must have minimum of 3+ years of bookkeeping or other accounting experience.
Including experience in accounts payable, general ledger, payroll and producing reports.
