Description

A key team player is needed for a well-respected financial organization in The Central Valley.  This is a Financial Specialist Role focused on assisting the executive team with analytics, budgets, commissions and more.  This is a Direct Hire opportunity and pay is based on experience, plus quarterly bonus and excellent benefits and profit sharing. 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the executive team
  • Review incentive plans, contracts etc.  utilizing MS Access and Excel (advanced)
  • Support budget preparations utilizing advanced analytics
  • Take notes and create communications for meetings
  • Maintain and create processes as needed to ensure workflow

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Five plus years’ experience
  • Advanced abilities with MS Word focused on Excel and Access
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, organized and ability to work in a deadline driven environment
  • Financial Institution experience is a plus
