Description

We are currently seeking a Payroll and Billing Coordinator to join the growing team of a well established company located in Richmond, VA.  

This position will perform various duties such as completing weekly billing and payroll transactions, printing invoices, managing payroll reconciliation, handle day-to-day payroll questions, managing shift counts, wage verification, and vacation approvals, worker's compensation claims, and closeouts, delivering payroll, and distributing mail from branch offices.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Some post high school education or training preferred
  • Two years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
