Description

RemX has multiple openings with a growing corporate department call-center in the Carmel Valley area. Shifts vary from 6am to 8:30am start (8 hours/40 hour work week, no weekends) and all positions are temp to hire (performance related) paying $16.50/hr during the contract portion of assignment. If you are empathetic, patient, caring, and have high volume CSR and Healthcare experience (HIPAA knowledge required) then we would love to speak with you!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Receive a high volume of inbound calls and provide excellent, patient, empathetic customer service to company’s clients (primarily patients with inquiries and questions regarding prescriptions)
  • Utilize company’s knowledge base to troubleshoot and answer inquiries
  • Update callers on order status; document all calls in companies CRM
  • Escalate calls when/where appropriate

Job Requirements

  • Pharmacy Tech License is a huge plus and can replace call center experience
  • 2-3 years of previous call-center experience
  • Healthcare background; knowledge of HIPAA guidelines is required
  • Must be someone who enjoys Customer Service and helping
  • Patient, active listening skills, and strong data entry/CRM background is coveted
  • Desire to learn and grow with a company
