- Administering compensation and benefit plans
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with new hire in the on-boarding process.
- Acts as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations
- Ensure that local/jurisdiction tax and unemployment registrations are completed for new hire address and/or work-site.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
