TYPE: 3 month contract

  • Enroll employees in COBRA and handle associated paperwork
  • Monthly invoices for clients for COBRA
  • Maintain accounts for clients currently utilizing COBRA
  • Process paperwork for state and federal for COBRA
  • Maintain digital and paper files for enrolled and terminated employees regarding COBRA
  • Analyze group renewals
  • Answer customer service calls and emails for COBRA related matters
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with COBRA claims
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task; strong organizational skills
