Entry Level Inside Sales - Direct Hire

Our client is a SaaS company that is seeking an innovative Inside Sales professional on a direct hire basis in the El Segundo area. This position is responsible for contacting potential clients and generating warm leads for Account Executives. After demonstrating the ability to be successful in this role, you will have opportunities to advance within the sales organization.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Sell/market Company products and services using all communications methods provided 
  • Contact potential existing and potential clients to obtain new sales opportunities
  • Collect and disperse information relevant to the customer’s and company’s needs and use that information to provide superior customer service
  • Continually analyze customer base and manage according to the best return on time invested

Requirements: 

  • Understanding or knowledge of lumber industry and the company products and services (training will be provided)
  • Ability to effectively communicate, motivate and engage commitment of customers and team members
  • Ability to drive and be accountable for results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and have multiple projects going simultaneously
  • A strong sense of urgency for goal achievement
  • Results focused with ability to make quick decisions to changing conditions
