The individual in the HR Recruiting Specialist role will assist candidates in moving through the interviewing and onboarding process and will work with hiring managers to address vacancies. Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Recruiting Specialist will ensure a positive candidate experience is had by all qualified candidates with a focus on helping the hiring managers to bring on top-tier talent. This position requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of a personal or confidential nature. The individual in this role should be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the recruiting function of Human Resources. This role is highly administrative and tactical and the individual will perform a variety of tasks and work under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
