Summary:

Our client is a well known medical company in Alpharetta that are seeking multiple Call Center / Customer Service Representatives. During this role, you will be handling calls from medical facilities who have requested medical records but have not received them yet. Qualified individuals will also be responsible for contacting different medical facilities to schedule deliveries for the requested medical records on behalf of Insurance Companies. 

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm 

Pay: $14.00 per hr

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to commute to Alpharetta with reliable transportation - this is not on the bus line
  • MUST Live within 25 miles of North Alpharetta, GA
