Our client, an international Fortune Global 500 company, is looking for a Sr. NOC Lead. Must have in-depth and hands-on experience supporting the Network Operations Center. The successful Sr. Lead will develop, implement and maintain technical solutions for new and existing systems. Key to the position is the support, development and use of provisioning, monitoring and management of systems for infrastructure services. The Sr. NOC Lead will also support daily network and system operations and 2nd level support to other IT teams.  

  • Manage and participate in projects for new system implementations and monitoring; implement and administer new monitoring tools and processes to improve the monitoring of networks and systems
  • Oversee and ensure optimal performance of systems
  • Provide advanced escalated tech support and IT internal guidance for network and system operations across the organization
  • Provide network and server monitoring and support, including monitoring the system health and availability and daily administration of all backup and disaster recovery operations
  • Daily administrative and management of all datacenters and IT infrastructure systems
  • Configure and deploy physical and virtual servers, configure and manage network devices, remote access systems, network print queues
  • Administer IT infrastructure services, including authentication, name resolution and other IP services
  • Act as a technical liaison with IT external customers, vendors and partners
  • Mentor the NOC team and emphasize continuing development

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor Degree in CS, CIS or related field; advanced degree (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience building, implementing, managing and supporting Windows OS (7, 10) in Enterprise environments
  • 5+ years of experience building and supporting advanced networks
  • Minimum 1 year experience supervising employees
  • Expert in Windows Servers, network/ server management & monitoring tools
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy administration, Exchange administration
  • Strong Cisco Router and Switch configurations and troubleshooting
  • Strong VMWare and Hyper-V provisioning and management tools
  • Advanced experience in design, engineering and management of LAN / WAN, MPLS/VPLS, VPN, VLAN
  • Strong in SAN and NAS administration
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office 2016, Office 365
  • Preferred: CCNA, MCSE
