TYPE: Contract with potential for hire

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Assist with annual review and administration of long term incentive plan payout
  • Support executive compensation team with annual proxy statement filing
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to assist with audits and reporting
  • Collect and validate data for reports for shareholder board
  • Process stock plan options
  • Validate compensation and merit opportunities
  • Complete benchmark analyses

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or Economics is required
  • Minimum 5 years of compensation experience with at least 3 years of executive compensation experience
  • Experience with long term incentive plans
  • Advanced Excel skills
