Description

JOB DUTIES:

  • Handle various elements of payroll including processing payroll, verifying information submitted, report and analyze labor information each week for management team
  • Review timesheets, handle discrepancies on timesheets, ensure information in system is correct before processing
  • Handle reconciliations as it relates to payroll (deductions, benefits, PTO, etc.)
  • Review and reconcile expense reports
  • Prepare and review information for labor and expense charges from expense management company
  • Analyze and review accounts on the P & L at end of period

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with accounting (payroll, reconciliations, general ledger) required
  • Must be very detail-oriented
  • Deadline-driven
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • PeopleSoft and Kronos experience is strongly preferred
