We are seeking a talented, motivated and creative candidate who is passionate about technology and consulting. The successful Jr. Network / Help Desk Engineer will provide IT support onsite.
- Provide high level customer support via Help Desk, remote access and onsite.
- Perform product and technical support for all versions of Microsoft’s core business applications and IT infrastructure such as Windows Server and PC, Anti-Virus software, etc.
- Troubleshoot VPN, remote access, printers, routers, HW, SW, OS user issues.
- Monitor network and resolve issues related to LAN / WAN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, and other security products.
- Document actions taken to resolve issues, client contact information, network diagrams, expenses, etc. in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
- Interface with clients and vendors to implement projects and resolve technical issues to client satisfaction.
