Description

Credit Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Manage flow of claims either updating spreadsheet with data or forwarding information to collection agency for handling.
  • Manage weekly/monthly reporting and coding collection agency invoices for processing
  • Update monthly customer statements
  • Update customer files with issued invoices
  • Process credit memos
  • Update the customer master file with contact information
  • Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sites
  • Submit invoices by electronic data interchange

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

MUST be proficient in Excel, Spreadsheets and Graphs

Claims experience required
