TYPE: 3-6 Month Contract

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Prepare and send customer invoices and returns
  • Calculate billing amounts based on customer contractual terms
  • Resolve customer billing issues
  • Communicate with multiple internal departments and external customers
  • Perform customer account reconciliations on an as-needed basis
  • Ad-hoc reporting as needed

 

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in billing is required with strong preference for construction industry experience
  • Must have strong data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task
  • Strong problem solving skills
