TITLE: Real Estate Administrative Assistant

TYPE: Contract to Hire, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Greet all visitors to the office and notify agent of their arrival
  • Answer all main line incoming phone calls and provide assistance to callers
  • Assist agents with preparing and completing paperwork for all purchases
  • Track all deals in the system
  • Data entry of contract information into system
  • Maintain filing for closed contracts and records
  • Respond to requests for information related to transactions
  • Ensure confidentiality of contract information
  • Other duties as assigned by management

 

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist position is required
  • Experience working in an administrative role in a real estate agency is strongly preferred
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
