1-3 Years of Experience Administrative coordination of incoming requests to an internal service-providing group.
The HR Coordinator will intercept requests from internal Managers and HR professionals by phone or email.
The Coordinator will have a primary reception type (phone vs. email), but may provide backup support on the other reception type.
The Coordinator will utilize intake technology to capture basic information and assign the request to the most appropriate internal party.
Additionally the HR Coordinator may be responsible for administrative task.
1. Receive initial request for assistance from internal customer either by phone or email, soliciting for core data needed if not provided, to route the request appropriately to the correct WFS group and contact.
2. Coordinate the assignments of various teams by utilizing technology to assign and route a request appropriately to maintain a balanced workload across the internal department.
3. Complete simple requests of internal customers in the appropriate system/technology.
