  • Interpret and apply governmental laws and regulations, as well as established corporate policies.
  • Develop and implement effective Employee Relations programs.
  • Assist with associate event planning. Investigate and prepare responses to personnel related complaints, lawsuits and charges.
  • Under close supervision prepare, submit and maintain all reports that pertain to HR, safety and risk administration.
  • Administer annual Benefits Open Enrollment process, associate engagement surveys, I-9’s, invoices and answering general HR questions.
  • Assist managers in identifying staffing needs, recruiting and pre-screening applicants, including interviewing and selecting salaried exempt, non-exempt and hourly associates.
  • Conduct new associate orientation sessions and coordinating/delivering other training sessions.
  • Serve as a payroll liaison between associates and the Payroll Department.
  • Maintain accurate records of hires, terminations, promotions, transfers and incidents.
  • Assist on projects as needed. Perform other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements

  • Part Time position Monday - Friday 25 hours per week at 5 hours per day. Start time is flexible between 7:00 am - 9:00 am working 5 hours per day.
  • Prior HR experience High School Diploma/GED
