Our client, a well known medical company in Alpharetta  has multiple immediate openings for Call Center Representatives. If you are an experienced call center professional who enjoys customer service, this is a GREAT opportunity for you!

 

Summary:

Individuals in this role, you will be handling calls from various Insurance agencies and Attorneys offices who have requested medical records but have not received them. Candidates may also be responsible for taking request for medical charts, and providing estimated arrival times to the clients. Must be able to handle high volumes of Inbound AND Outbound calls

 

Hours: Must be flexible from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm 

 

 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years Call Center experience required
  • Healthcare knowledge is a plus
  • Basic computer skills
  • Typing 35 wpm
  • MUST be able to utilize DUAL Screens/monitors and work in 2-3 systems to look up/track/ investigate orders
