RemX has an immediate opening for an AP Help Desk Specialist.

  • Provide back up to AP Help Desk
  • Respond to AP Help Desk calls and emails quickly and accurately
  • Process payments daily
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
  • Monitor steps in the disbursement process daily
  • Provide support to members of the Disbursement Department

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required, college degree is preferred
  • 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proficient PC skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
