TYPE: Temp-Hire

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Receiving, screening, and redirecting all calls to the appropriate party
  • Greet each visitor in the office 
  • Receive, document and distribute all mail deliveries
  • Orchestrate all travel arrangements for guests who are from out of town
  • Restock and order all supplies as needed
  • Coordinate office events and lunches 
  • Other clerical/admin duties as assigned by management 

 

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk administrative assistant or office management position
  • Detail oriented 
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel
