TYPE: 3 month contract

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Coordinate recruiting for all open positions including sourcing, phone screening candidates, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
  • Complete on-boarding and new hire paperwork for all new hires
  • Orientation for new employees
  • Benefits enrollment
  • Handle exit interviews
  • Employee relations duties including coaching and counseling

 

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR role with assistant level duties at a minimum
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related discipline is strongly preferred
  • Quick learner
  • aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP is a plus
