We are currently seeking a Referral Coordinator to join the team of a national workers’ compensation claims company. 

The Referral Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization’s Workers’ Compensation claims process. 


  • Acting as a liaison for associates, case manager, and insurers
  • Providing outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
  • Assists in pulling reports
  • Data entry of claims information into database
  • Maintain calendars and schedule appointments
  • Scanning and electronic filing of claims

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA degree strongly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Typing 60 WPM
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and Workers’ Compensation experience is a plus
  • Detail oriented
  • Critical thinking and effective communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills
