What we need from you:
- Receives in-bound communications from facilities, customers, and pharmacy personnel
- Resolve customer's issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Must have 2 years healthcare call center experience
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Must be able to train for 2-3 weeks - Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
- 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
