Our client in Alpharetta is looking for experienced call center professionals to aid in their financial customer service department. If you are an experienced call center professional with a bachelors degree, this could be a GREAT opportunity for you!
Candidates in this role will be making outbound calls to customers who have past due accounts between (5-45) days. The successful call center representative will be able to collect the past due amounts, while also helping the customer to re-structure their current payment plans. This is NOT a heavy collections position!
Hours: Monday-Thursday either 8-5 or 11-8. Everyone is required to work 2 Saturdays a month with OT pay
