A growing industrial company is seeking an Internal Recruiter in our Woodbridge, NJ location.
The Internal Recruiter will oversee the full cycle recruitment for entry level to mid-level positions. Background in recruiting and/or human resources is a plus.
- Develop recruiting and staffing strategies with managers by defining job descriptions, sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Lead a smooth hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers and HR representatives to identify solutions to recruiting challenges throughout the recruiting cycle.
- Seek innovative ways to source for candidates
- Manage Applicant Systems
- Act as liaison with departments regarding new hires
- Assist with special HR projects
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and recruit both active and passive candidates
- Focus on networking, cold calling, internet searches to find the best candidates.
- Pre-screen and interview suitable candidates.
- Schedule phone and in person interviews
- Keep an updated report of potential candidates
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum 1 year of recruiting experience
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask is a must, while prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
