FINANCE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Finance Admin is responsible for assisting the Finance, Accounting, Payroll and Accounts Payable teams with general administrative support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the processing of ADP Payroll
- Troubleshoot time entry errors
- Assist the Accounts Payable team with the scanning and indexing of invoices.
- Perform bank account reconciliations
- Record incoming bank receipts for Accounts Receivable
- Maintain subcontract insurance spreadsheets
- Miscellaneous tasks as needed by Finance team
